Wings backstage in 1976 with Jack Kirby who was the artist who drew Magneto, when he met Paul and Linda he presented them with a pencil drawing he had drawn of them, you can see the image above.
The topmost image you have here is Magneto drawn by a comics artist named Dave Cockrum. Here you can see Magneto and his Brotherhood of Evil Mutants as drawn by Jack Kirby.
I can't tell who drew that picture of the Crimson Dynamo, but it dates back to sometime in the Eighties.
I've always assumed this comic cover from 1970 (drawn by an artist named George Tuska) was one of the comics that inspired the song "Magneto and the Titanium Man" -- it shows both the Titanium guy *and* his fellow armored villain the Crimson Dynamo fighting the heroic Iron Man.
Hey, wow thanks for that awesome info, i've just posted the pic of Magneto and the Crimson Dynamo .. you could be right, this cover could have been the one that inspired Paul to write one of my favorite Wings songs, i've tweaked the photo a bit to bring the colours out.

Hi,
Just to clarify, i'm not sure the two drawings above are actually by Jack Kirby, the Paul and Linda one is whoever.

Also, that isn't a pencil drawing, it's also inked. You could just call it a "drawing".
