Yes, they're The Vernons Girls, who at this time were Frances Lea, Jean Owen and Maureen Kennedy. Liverpool girls. Photo taken at Teddington TV studio, Sunday April 14 1963. They were there to record Thank Your Lucky Stars (for broadcast the following Saturday, April 20). After this recording, the Beatles went to see the Rolling Stones play at the Crawdaddy in nearby Richmond, meeting them for the first time.

I'd think this is in a BBC building. The font used in the top right on the STUDIO sign is the one the Beeb use.
